
Sport Shoes are a fairly generic term. It could refer to running shoes, cross training shoes or a sport specific shoe. If you will be doing a fair amount of running, a running shoe specialist would suggest your shoe of choice should be a good running shoe. Cross training shoes would probably be the second choice or suggestion. Then, of course, if you have a sport in mind, you will need to consider that type of shoe. Still, your choices vary and are great.
